WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being permitted by Iron Built Gym to observe and/or participate in any activities at its facility, I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for personal injury, death, or property damage that I may have now or in the future as a result of my participation.

This release is intended to discharge, in advance, Iron Built Gym, including its officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability arising from negligence or carelessness. I acknowledge that participation in athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, accidents, and other hazards. By signing this waiver, I voluntarily assume all associated risks.

I further agree that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is binding upon my heirs and assigns. Additionally, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iron Built Gym and its representatives from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense incurred as a result of my participation in these activities.

FACILITY ACCESS POLICY

Iron Built Gym is a private facility. Members are strictly prohibited from allowing unauthorized individuals to enter the gym. The use of OpenPath access is strictly personal and may not be shared, loaned, or used to grant entry to non-members. Any violation of this policy may result in membership suspension or termination.

MEDIA RELEASE

In further consideration of being permitted to participate in training programs or use Iron Built Gym's facilities, I grant permission for Iron Built Gym to use my name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes related to its athletic training programs and facilities.

RE-RACKING POLICY & FEE

For the safety and courtesy of all members, Iron Built Gym operates under 24-hour surveillance. If I am observed failing to re-rack my weights, a $25 fee will be charged immediately to my card on file. Additionally, video footage of the infraction will be sent to the email address I have provided. Maintaining a respectful gym culture is a priority, and I acknowledge my responsibility in upholding these standards.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT

I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this Waiver and Release of Liability. I have been informed of the potential risks associated with athletic training and the legal implications of signing this agreement. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.

Iron Built Lifting Club Membership Contract

Category #1: Iron Built Gym Membership

Option A: Includes coaching - $150 per month
Option B: Does NOT include coaching - $65 per month

Billing for Category #1:

Current Members: Your billing price will be adjusted in the next billing cycle.
New Members: You will pay a prorated amount for the current month and the full amount for the last month upon joining.

Category #2: Online Only Membership

One Option: $100 per month

Billing for Category #2:

New Members: You will pay a prorated amount for the current month. No payment for the last month is required.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation: Cancellation must be received in writing at hello@ironbuilt.com before the start of the new 90-day commitment period.

Commitment for the Iron Built Lifting Club:

- 90 days (excluding the prorated period).

Re-Racking Fee:

For the safety and courtesy of all members, Iron Built Gym is under 24-hour surveillance. If you are observed by our cameras not re-racking your weights, you will be charged $25 immediately to your card on file, and the video of the infraction will be sent directly to the email you have provided. Our culture is important to us. Thank you for your understanding!

Media:

In addition to being permitted by Iron Built Gym to participate in its training program or programs using the facility, I hereby permit Iron Built Gym to use my name, images, and likeness for promotional purposes limited to its athletic training programs and facilities.
